AskMyCrush ("AskMyCrush", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting children and preventing any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our service. This page sets out our standards against CSAE and the actions we take to enforce them.
1 Zero tolerance for CSAE
We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any conduct that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or grooms a child. The following are strictly prohibited on AskMyCrush:
- Creating, sharing, requesting, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
- Sexual or sexualised contact, communication, or solicitation directed at a minor.
- Grooming, enticement, or any attempt to develop an exploitative relationship with a child.
- Trafficking, sextortion, or any other exploitation of a minor.
- Using the App to identify, contact, or harass a minor for any of the above purposes.
Any violation results in immediate removal of the content and a permanent ban of the responsible account, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
2 Age requirement
AskMyCrush is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under the age of 13. Users under 18 should use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly allow accounts that belong to children under 13, and we may remove any account we reasonably believe belongs to such a child. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
3 Reporting a concern
If you encounter content, behaviour, or communication that may involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, report it immediately to ashish.nath.business@gmail.com.
To help us investigate quickly, please include as much of the following as you safely can:
- The username(s), display name(s), or phone number(s) involved.
- A description of what happened.
- The approximate date and time of the activity.
You can also report a concern to your local law enforcement. If a child is in immediate danger, contact emergency services right away.
4 How we respond
When we receive a report or otherwise become aware of potential CSAE, we:
- Review every report promptly and prioritise child-safety concerns.
- Remove offending content and permanently ban the responsible accounts.
- Report apparent CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant local law enforcement, as required by law.
- Preserve relevant data as required to assist investigations.
- Cooperate with law enforcement and recognised child-protection organisations.
5 Legal compliance
We comply with all applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate, and we cooperate with law enforcement and recognised child-protection organisations to combat CSAE.
